I have just spent a few hours with my daughter and grandson today. I was so impressed with the 2 staff members who were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Very very clean and a wonderful place to go to. Highly recommend

Very clean, delicious food. I love this place because I can see my kids while having my coffee, the staff is very friendly. I also had my daughters seven years birthday party here and she loved it, children and Adults food are fresh and delicious, excellent rooms setup and organized process. Very recommended.

Setting the benchmark - above and beyond... We had our son's 4th birthday here with 15 kids and almost 30 adults. The entire place was well lit, extremely clean and well maintained. It had a modern look and feel across the cafe area, play area and party rooms - something which lacked from all play centres in Point Cook, Hoppers Crossing and Werribee region which was the very reason we chose Tumbles at Williamstown. Staff were friendly and our host was just outstanding. All our needs from start to the end were taken care of and all what we had to do was to engage with the guests and have a good time! The food was prepared to perfection, they looked gourmet and tasted amazing! This wasn't only what we thought but a common sentiment we received from all the guests who consider themselves 'foodies'! The play area was a tad bit smaller than the ones you'd find in the eastern suburbs but it was certainly above the average size for what you'd find in the western suburbs. At the end of the day, it was still large enough for all the kids to have an awesome time and burn all that energy they've got! Overall impression is just outstanding! Setting the benchmark above and beyond...
