Ordered for the first time during the Melbourne level 4 lockdown. Absolutely awesome service: next day delivery, great quality of produce, and some extras we didn't expect! Great that it all came in recyclable boxes. We have ordered fruit and veg through supermarket chains before but no longer! Fresh Express will be our new go to.

We started using Fresh Express during COVID-19 lockdown to avoid the shops. The fruit and vegies are great and packed carefully so nothing gets squashed. I like how if you order before 5pm, you can get a delivery the next day. Delivery to the door and pleasant service. Thanks very much!

I ordered a veggie box for two times. First week got delivered a wrong box and then was offered to fix it with my next order. Next week the order never arrived and after numerous phone calls no one was able to specify what had happened and finally phone just went to voicemail. Didn’t hear back for days and was also unable to reach them. Finally after more than a week I received a refund for my orders. Maybe it was just a special case that happened to me, but definetly not using that service again cause can’t be sure what I get (or don’t get)..
