Hired them to remove a dead rat from the ceiling. They have broken the ceiling and the manhole cover. Called them many times to fix the issue but no proper response. I found them absolutely unprofessional and not responsive at all.

Professional and friendly service. Addressed all concerns about using less toxic methods. Initially wondering post-service if the problem had indeed been adequately dealt with but our faith was not misplaced and staff were very patient with us and our requirements. Thankyou Simon for a thorough job and the friendly office lady Jayde who took all my calls. Recommend.
I paid these guys 250 to exterminate the roaches in my kitchen. I was enticed by the 3 month guarantee. A week later I still had lots of roaches running around, so I called them again, and they said it can take a month to take effect. 2 months later I still had lots of roaches in my kitchen, so another guy came round and did all the same stuff as the first guy, which made me very sceptical. Sure enough, a month later I still had roaches in my kitchen, just as many as before. I had lost all confidence in this company and didn't even bother getting them back a third time. Complete waste of time and money.
Good and quick service at a competitive price. Quoting process was smooth. Perth Pest Control did a thorough job putting in a termite barrier at our home. Only critique is that the holes drilled in the concrete are very visible - either because the hole is larger than the plug used to cover it up, or because the plug colour does not match our driveway colour.
Very professional on time and value for money
The staff were late getting to my place for the inspection; I have had to ring 3 times to ask about the results of "bugs" removed from my house. The receptionist promised to ring back or email and never did. Still waiting for the email with the results from the professional body that tested the specimens taken from my home over a month ago. This service could improve this customers experience.
It is the second year we use this company . Very happy with their pest control . They have done a good job . I highly recommend them .
