Amazing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Great friendly people working help make it an even better experience. Lovely outdoor area perfect for unwinding before a session with a hot tea or enjoying the serenity after a great float/neurofeedback/sauna. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to unwind and relax.

Love this place. Staff are so friendly and informative. The place is clean and so relaxing. The outdoor area is so peaceful, I could have spent hours out the back reading. Absolutely love love love this place
Dan and Haydo are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They will answer all your questions and make you feel relaxed about the whole process. I've been floating with them for 6 months now and I am calmer, more patient and just feel generally better within myself. The facilities are lovely and I highly recommend Altered States if you're keen to see how floating can help you in your day to day life.
After struggling to recover from laryngitis bought on by stress and a worn down physical body, a friend recommended visiting Altered States Float and trying the infrared sauna. Always up new experiences and preferring to find alternative approaches to medicine to take care of my mind and body, I booked in for a sauna, in the hopes of relieving some of the symptoms I was experiencing. My main goal for going was to feel better physically. What I was opened up to, was so much more. As I surrendered to the experience, I felt overwhelmingly calm as I entered a meditative state. I was able to identify more with my inner body than the outer. As I sat out in the oasis retreat after my sauna, I felt totally separate from time, completely in the present moment. I was in awe of how I felt, of the healing effects it had on my body but also my thought processes and perspective. Emotions of gratefulness, appreciation and acceptance swept over me, for me, for my physical body and for the village of people in my life that support me.
First time in the float tank was an excellent experience. Very helpful tips on how to "get in the zone" Knowledgeable staff. Awesome retreat area out the back. I have since purchased some gift cards for friends because I highly recommend giving it a go.
Really great place to go for relaxation & recovery. Came for infrared saunas to speed up the healing of an injury, and now it's become a weekly ritual! Thanks Altered States !
Very nice place for sauna, owners are super sweet and they have a cool area at the back! Would highly recommend this place:) I haven’t tried the other facilities, but everything seems pretty good! Thank you!
Had my first ever float with altered states and was absolutely amazed by the facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of experience! Thanks to Dan for making it a special and relaxing time, definitely coming back and happy to recommend to anybody curious / interested about what the float tanks offer
