Has anybody else had their windscreen or other damage following one of Western Landscape Supplies tip trucks ? Scott Wilson the owner told me they regularly get complaints of stone damage but unless you have video footage bad luck ! works out to be a lot of damage when Scott says he has 60 trucks ! Complaint has been lodged with Compliance - Qld Transport. At least we know the truck is registered. More to come. If you have had your vehicle damaged following one of these trucks feel free to contact me. My mate suggests to get a dash cam and follow his trucks around recording any stones etc coming off the back of their trucks. What do you think ?
Unfortunately I placed an order for turf and was told it would be available around 9am.when I arrived to pick it up I was advised there was a problem and the only delivery was to the Ormeau store but they would send a truck to willawong within the hour. I have been waiting for over 2 hours in the carpark and was told it has been loaded and will arrive soon.Extremely disappointed with level of service/organisation as there was not even a phone call to advise delay.

No complaints at all. Quick service at a great price. Ordered a cubic metre of mulch on Monday. Delivered and dropped off in almost exactly the right spot on the Tuesday. Even left a note apologising that they couldn’t get to the exact spot because of the wet grass. Delivery cost only 30 compared to other places charging around 90.
