They arrived exactly when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, they did an excellent job They repaired my very damaged floor to a much better standard than I had expected. AVOID AVOID AVOID Hany and his team were contracted to replace damaged Tasmanian Oak boards and re-sand the entire house (130sqm). The quality of the work and the entire team’s overall professionalism was horrendous! Hany and his team were given three attempts to correct shoddy work. After three attempts, Hany assured us the quality of the work completed was the absolute best possible outcome. Unhappy with the result, we ended up getting an independent report completed by the ATFA (Australian Timber Flooring Association). In that report it states the work completed does NOT meet industry expectations or Australian Standards. Issues included, but weren’t limited to: -\tRipples and rough texture across the surface of the floors -\tVisible roller lap lines in the coating -\tVarying gloss levels in the coating -\tVisible Sanding marks -\tSunken and missing filler -\tFinish imperfections on the staircase -\tOver-sanded boards (now need replacing) -\tImproper ‘replaced’ boards (i.e. tongue & grove missing – causing vertical movement). -\tInstead of staggering boards (for install), simply cut a line into the entrance way and started again (photos below show what i mean). -\tPolish drip marks -\tPolishing debris into the floors (hair, wood chips etc). The ATFA report recommended that the ENTIRE house be redone. On top of the horrible job completed – the team were extremely unprofessional. They left rubbish littered all over the front and back yard, they left all damaged floor boards under the house, we found cigarette butts inside the house (on our newly sanded floors), and Hany himself sent us abusive and threatening emails. Do yourself a favour and do NOT do business with this man.
Fantastic work can not recommend more highly. Excellent communication, honest and helpful, Hany made the whole process very easy. And we are so happy with the results which were finished ahead of schedule. Money well spent thanks so much team!

We chose this company based on the Google reviews we read and we can now vouch that we also had a positive experience. Hany was good with communication and professionalism. We appreciated all the advice he gave when he did the inspection prior (we are very inexperienced with floors). His team, a special mention to Alan, were so helpful doing the job. He encountered some unexpected problems with the flooring under our carpet but was able to get the job done really well, giving lots of helpful advice along the way which we really appreciated. I would recommend this company.
