I give four stars not because of staff issues. I think the staff are wonderful and deserve 5 five stars. Anita will bend over backwards for you if needed. Even the newer staff who do not yet know exactly everything will try to help or find someone else who may be able to answer for you. At times it feels like there isn't enough staff but that isn't their fault either. The store is usually neat and tidy with the exception of very busy times during sales which is understandable. It is not the largest store so sometimes doesn't have the variety of bigger stores available to them. Again this is understandable. Can sometimes take a while to get restocked especially with certain items like stuff relating to the Cricut and things like the red ticket fat quarters. The staff are always patient with me whenever I come at them with a trolley full of fabric to cut, even when they are busy and it likely stresses them, they have never shown it. Easy to access with parking available right out the front. Store is well laid out and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Has all my crafty needs and got my first ever sewing machine.. Yah!!
It was hard to find a worker but the other customers were so lovely ! Wool area.. At the checkout it was lovely though so I was very happy all up...

Very bad experience. Wanted to get curtain rods and ceiling attachment for them and the sales lady at the curtain section did not even know they had them. I had to actually hurry after work to get there on time and left disappointed only to know later that it's actually available in the shop. (From their website)
