The guys at All General Whitegoods Service were fantastic! From booking the call out to ordering the parts and repairing my machine, the entire team was spot on with their advice, they wasted no time in coming out and fixing the issue. All it took was one call out for 15 to 20 minutes to diagnose the issue and another 15 to 20 minutes to replace the part once it arrived in the warehouse. No fuss. Thank you for promptly and professionally providing an excellent service!

Excellent communication from the company when booking a service for my dishwasher and range hood, including a text message the night before with an estimated arrival time and again on the day when the service technician was 45 minutes away. Kieran was our service technician and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was punctual, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the appliances we were having issues with. I would definitely recommend AGW and would use them again.

The serviceman located the fault in our range hood motor above our cook top.. After agreeing to quote, a new motor was ordered and installed in the following week. It is now working better than when it was new. The suction is a lot more stronger. The serviceman was very professional and courteous.

Had a new dishwasher 2 weeks old and couldnt get it to drain out the water. Called Smeg and they use these people for their warranty service. The guy came in and tapped the pipe and dislodges some muck. Obviously not a warranty claim. That will be 132.00 please. Talk about money for NOTHING. I dont know how these people that own these companies sleep at night. I am on the aged pension and that is a lot of money for nothing. Not impressed.

My 17 year-old Bosch oven needed a new element. I was happy with the service from All General Whitegoods - the phone quote was immediately emailed and was clear right from the beginning. When the job was finished, I was pleased that I was only charged only for the exact time taken because time is calculated by using 10 minute intervals. My service repair man was efficient and explained anything I wanted to understand. The office has good communication with customers.
