At first glance the property is lovely and in a great position, unfortunately it's just a front. Management here is terrible, argumentative even with the simplest of requests. Almost like dealing with a teenager. The owner is much the same. If you have a query they don't like, you will simply be kicked out. Do not expect your horse to actually received 'high quality care'. The operation is so unorganised things are continuously missed, including medication and important first aid treatments. The only way your horse will actually receive the high care your paying for, is if you have something extra to offer the owner for her own personal gain. Despite the owners show of disposal income, In my experience Ive seen a number of staff be miss treated and deprived of there basic working rights with no remorse. Upon speaking to staff, a number of them are underpaid as well and been taken advantage off. Unfortunately I'm not the only person who has had a similar experience. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
Riverview farm used to be a nice agistment centre, however with the constant price increases and the lack of care for those agisting in DIY paddocks and full board paddocks alike I personally would not recommend RIverview. The communication is poor and things that need to be done (eg. fence repairs) are left for weeks with no reply from management.
