I was a little anxious as I had not seen a dentist in almost 2 decades. The staff, from the moment i walked in the door were amazing. The dentist I saw was awesome. Friendly, attentive, funny and patient as was the dental assistant and x-ray technician. I have absolutely no concerns about going back to this clinic and recommending them to anyone needing the services of a dentist.

Please do something about the hysterical message sent to confirm or cancel appointments ... The message is so fast it is impossible to understand... The wait time in trying to return your call is intolerable, especially now with the COVID-19 crisis making the lines even more busy. If you want a smooth running operation without mix-ups and people failing to cancel appointments etc. then do something about your call centre.
Initially when I called them up they said they couldn’t see me as I didn’t have a concession card... but when I told them it was an emergency they quickly took my details down and got me on the line to a dentist. Once speaking to the dentist she had informed me with my symptoms I must urgently come to the clinic. As I arrived they made my “folder” immediately and went to get an X-ray right after that. Before I even stepped outside the X-ray room a dentist picked me up and walked me straight to the operating dentist. After discussing about my options- which I must say the dentist was really kind and explained them all thoroughly... right after that we went straight into procedure. The staff seem to have a lovely work culture. They made me laugh under procedure. I forgot his name... but thank you to that 26 year old dentist. He was really kind and friendly. I’m so happy to have been treated here.
Excellent service , nice doctors and staff in general. Reception is under staffed most of the time, if not would have given 5 stars easily.
All the staff, the doctors and the nurses were wonderful, very friendly and smiling... every thing was done well .. I want to thank all of them for their efforts
Dentists are good but waiting on hold for almost 2 hours just to make an appointment is beyond ridiculous.
The admission process sucks, we had an appointment scheduled at 1:20, got our ticket at12:55, wait until 1:50 and still not heard any calling, but the receptionist insisted that according to her “system” she had called this number and apparently i must be deaf
To say this dental office sucks would be an understatement. Me and my 5yo daughter waited 6 hours for someone to come and attend to my daughter only to have them say to me that they are unable to see her booked/scheduled tooth extraction (yes I complained and questioned everyone I saw)... I don’t understand how people can be so careless and incompetent, especially when this dental clinic deals specifically with children.
