This doctor doesn't know anything. Those who give fire stars are people who haven't been a patient. I'm writing this review because I have been there and a few of my friends also have been their because our family doctors refer us. Reason he doesn't know anything: # He ask you to give test on his private hospital (400-500) # After test, you have to book another appointment and pay extra money to see your test result. # The result is always: Everything is fine with your stomach and nothing shows on the. Here is few pills you should take for 1 month and book another appointment after a month to see how it goes. (wth, are you testing the medicine on me??) And also, rude staff and receptionist (pay before you visit the doctor) Don't waste your time and money. Read all other reviews before going to this doctor.

The old lady receptionist ,she say herself manager ,unfortunately she doesn't know how to behave with customer , very rude and cranky lady , Dr. Ayaz is very experienced and professional , i am happy with his service . i request Dr ayaz pls sack this lady , she keep saying she is manager and you sister ,which going to hurt your reputation along the way .
This doctor misdiagnosed me in 2018. He never ordered an abdominal X-ray for me, I ended up doing the scopes which were unnecessarily. Then referred me to a dietitian. Fast forward to Dec 2020 Went to another gastroenterologist in the hills district and he immediately requested An abdominal X-ray and found the causes of my on going problem. The receptionists here are hopeless they failed to do anything right when I requested my files to be sent to the new specialist.
What a fantastic place to visit. Right from the start to finish the experience was incredible. The office manager Lamia was outstanding to provide top notch customer service and made sure that I am at complete ease. She did an incredible job to accommodate my request to meet the doctor within minimum wait time. Dr Ayaz did pay loads of attention to all the minute details and did make proper notes to connect all the dots in the end. He was extremely focused and made me at ease. I am now going back home with a peace of mind and strong belief that I am in safe hands.
I've been seeing Dr Chowdury for years now and have never had a problem. He has always been very professional, kind and caring. As for his reception staff, the reviews refer to "bad rude staff" I think this must have been a few years ago and these receptionists have since left, as I recently made an appointment with Dr Chowdury and the current receptionist who I dealt with was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend Dr Chowdury!
Have seen this doctor for years, always very polite. Dont know what the issues are with reception, they have always been lovely...they fax documents and chase up things when asked. Never had any issues. The are LONG wait times to see him and get procedures - testament to how good he is. Im a nurse, and I trust this doctor - that should be reassuring!
This doctor is rude and not very helpful at all. Whilst in an appointment with my mother he sat there and ate. Yes a huge bowl of watermelon and grapes the size of my fist. He placed them in his mouth and ate with his mouth wide open whilst thinking about my mother’s needs. On our last visit he spoke to both my mother and myself for around 2 mins. He then proceeded to talk into his devise as to what he wanted written down to give to our local GP. Not at any stage did he even touch my mother and see if everything was ok. I DO NOT recommend this doctor at all. Very rude. Even if he is good his bed side manner is atrocious. Will never go back
The ONLY reason I am giving this rating is because I am totally DISGUSTED with the way the reception staff treat patients! Working in a similar environment I know how to treat patients and yelling at them over the phone is NOT a way to do it. They need to listen to what the patient has to say before interrupting and getting frustrated at them and then making them raise their voice! Dr Chowdhury himself is absolutely amazing and highly recommend him regardless of how unprofessional his reception staff are. Dr Chowdhury you really do need to look at who is the first point of contact in your office because these girls are and will continue to do so, lose you patients! DISGUSTED!!!!!!!
