Great advice received from one of the staff members, sorry didn't get the girl name but the receipt says Eden M, thank you for taking the time to explain and advice about the ten different things I've asked, and I'm very happy with my purchases. The gentleman in the puppy food section was also very helpful and informative. Would recommend a visit to their Figtree store.

They had the wrong price tag on a bird cage. Should have been 850 but instead it was 500. When they found the mistake they still honoured the sale. Highly recommended.

They always have what my ladies (hen's) need at a great price too, not to mention the discounts you can get if you join & get points for buying from them also. Iv being going to this store for 3 years and every single time the staff have been so friendly and kind! My dog loves going into the store because the staff always give him a treat and lots of pats! They have everything we need for our dog and outstanding customer service I will never go anywhere else :)
