My mother, who is 73 and cannot speak English, received exceptionally awful treatment here; if this is how they treat the vulnerable and the elderly, then they have absolutely no right to be operating as a medical practice. She went to see a GP here, and waited for a couple of hours, with over a dozen people arriving later than her seeing a doctor first. Worried, she politely enquired the receptionist (who can speak Mandarin) when her turn would be. Mid conversation, and without any warning (or having even been spoken to), the radiologist, who is the husband of the owner of this business, interjected "don't come to my clinic anymore". "Don't come to my clinic anymore." Hence, we will do precisely that, and I earnestly urge everyone else to do likewise. A medical clinic that treats patients, especially vulnerable ones, with such profound disrespect, inherently lacks the requisite empathy and goodwill of the medical profession. Come here at your own peril.

Would highly recommend this medical centre. Friendly staff. Online booking is super easy. Moved country recently and needed some medical documents from them, reached out to them by messaging and I had the documents sent to me on the same day. Thanks Jonathan and Alana. Keep it up.

I haven't been to the dentist for ages. Can't even remember the last time i went to the dentist. Feelong nervous, I visited this practice and see Dr. Lucas Bui. Dr. Bui is very calm and gentle. He will make sure you feel comfortable. My teeth feels so clean afterwards and can't wait to see him again. I highly highly recommend Dr. Lucas Bui to anyone who are looking for a great dentist. Thank you again Dr. Lucas Bui!

Doctors are clinically very very good there with good Nurse support. However, the receptionist was extremely busy and I had to wait quite a while. It seems a bit strange to me because there was 2 people at the reception but only one person does all the work.

Worst medical centre I have ever been to. Rude and unorganised. Doctor gave me paperwork to sign, and it was a different patient, then acted as if it was my fault he had the wrong file open.
