Got my new RAV4 Cruise Hybrid delivered this weekend, which is earlier than the promised time. Lucky me! Really appreciate Sales Rep Jack Xu for introducing this great family car to me. He's been always very nice and patient with me during test driving and follow-up calls. Almost every feature of the vehicle was explained carefully in great detail. He also tried his best to make the best offer to me. Been driving this car for a couple of days and feel so comfortable and smooth! Really a good car purchase experience! Jack Xu is a very reliable sales person. He patience and warm heart. He spent quite long time to help me on picking up suitable car for me, very clear explanation with full of knowledge. I picked up my new Corolla yesterday and I need to thank Joe and Tim for their fabulous service. My car was written off in an accident last month and they both did their absolute best to assist me throughout the whole process and I have such appreciation for their professionalism and amazing customer service and correspondence.
