My four year old has been going to this day care for more than 2 years now. Mandy's management team has always been responsive and engaging. Our questions are always answered promptly and our queries are always resolved timely. The room leader in my son's room, Linda, is absolutely amazing. Not only does she genuinely care about the children, she's very engaging with us parents too. We receive multiple daily updates from the centre app with photos of various activities the kids participate. With each of the activity, there's also comments on what area of development is the particular activity focused on. Looking through the photos and notes has always been our highlight of the day. Please keep up the good work!

After a positive start with a great educator (Addy), we had an awful experience with this centre. After speaking with other parents I the West Ryde area we found that most had already heard bad things and wouldn't consider sending their children there. Before the centre thinks to send the normal message of how can they reach us, please note that you already have our numbers and have already ignored my last email.
I Absolutely LOVE this Childcare Centre!! From Management to Childcare workers you can see their absolute professionalism and their passion for the industry. Its great to see right from management level their involvement from knowing all the childrens name and make a huge effort to share candid feedback about your child after each visit. I was a nervous parent to send my child to childcare initially and now feel 110% assured that my son is well looked after. Headstart West Ryde definitely has my Vote. Great Job Team!!
I can’t recommend this centre enough. Firstly, the facilities are beautiful and clean but most importantly the staff are genuinely interested in my child and go above and beyond every single day. The staff and management are always happy, accommodating and professional and I know my little one is in the of best hands when I drop him off.
My boys have gone to Headstart over the last 5 years and we would recommend the centre to anyone. The teachers and managers are friendly, helpful and really care about the kids. The communication with parents is great and they really listen to your kids needs and help you through tricky room transitions each year. The school is clean and tidy and offers great multicultural programs. Nothing is too much trouble for the great team at this centre and I’m glad we looked around and choose West Ryde Headstart.
I have never seen a center manager so dedicated to the children to ensure they are always stimulated and happy. Staff are also very knowledgeable, fun and dedicated. All of them go the extra mile to ensure the kids needs are met. Very well run centre, highly recommended!
My son loved his experience here. I felt all the focus and attention of the teachers was in the right place- on my child. From an early learning perspective I feel like my son is prepared for big school this year. He has had plenty of opportunity to develop his fine motor skills, pre reading concepts and social skills. We will miss all the teachers especially Miss Rachel.
Thank you so much for such a great graduation for my second child through the centre. The management team and all the careers went above and beyond to make the kids fee special and also accommodate the parents on a very hot day!!! You could see the attention to detail and the enthusiasm of the staff despite the heat. We now have our third in the adventurers and the transition has been so smooth. He loves his carers and we love the commitment from the management team. Over six years and we have never had a problem with them, great communication and always friendly smiles!
