Overall Upy is a nice guy and was able to diagnose what the problem was, cleaned my PC and I could tell he put in time. Keep in mind, it is a home business (therefore no receipts) and it is extremely helpful to know the IT lingo and have a set budget in mind otherwise you will easily get lost when it comes to explanation time. Had an issue with my PC and was told I'd receive a call at 8:30pm but did not receive communications until after 10pm. I was quoted approx 500 to fix it so unfortunately we decided to opt for having the operating system pre-installed for a total of 150. I did refuse to provide him with my personal login details when I was asked and was quoted 200 to have Windows installed (if I didn't have it) as part of a good deal - this unfortunately fell out of my budget. I decided to opt for a temporary fix. Again, very much appreciated his time and I do wish him all the best.
