Paid lawyers fees throughout the process then charged a further 2,000 without my knowledge, this amount was debited from the final collection with my authorisation. Was never advised of the extra fees, no communication, not worth engaging them as you will lose money like I did, still waiting for copies of invoices which I have paid that have been deducted without my authorisation.Very happy to take your money for very little to zero service.You could do a better job yourself!
Hopeless service, there is no update at all. I lodged the claim with them, they sent 2 emails to the creditor and made 2 calls, that is all. If they are not able to assist me with receiving outstanding money, they should at least let me know about that..
They think it is OK to send out SPAM to gain new business. They do not comply with ACMA rules around sending out SPAM and continue to send, even after numerous requests to stop. Sarah Allen seems to be the one who is responsible for this unethical marketing.
If I could give zero stars I would Appalling service. Terrible follow up. Unprofessional services would be more appropriate. Multiple in house issues with staff leaving. Peter was a very nice guy and tried his best to help us but his hands are tied by the abysmal practices of the business owners
