not much of a choice online! Stores are great but at this time I would have thought there would be a much better selection for online shopping.

Love the variety of clothes in formal wear got the most gorgeous dress and tux outfits for the littles in the bridal party staff were very helpful and allowed us to try the clothes on the kids before getting them and the bags for the clothes made them feel very grownup

I went into Ollies Place in Carousel WA yesterday. I was in the store for approximately 15 minutes looking for a few things for my twin grand daughters. There were 2 service personnel in the store. The older of the two was stocking shelves while talking on her mobile phone quite loudly the whole time I was in store. I had chosen a few pieces and was still looking more when the other person wanted to replace an item on the shelf excused herself and then shuffled the hangers right in front of me. I was gob smacked! I was already feeling disgusted with the woman on the phone and then for the second incident which could have waited until I was looking elsewhere I was not happy. This is not acceptable customer service. I think both of these people could do with attending a course on customer service. Consequently I dumped the 6 items I was intending to purchase on a rack and left the store.
