At age 80, I decided to invest in a telescope. Kenny and Steven arranged for me to pick up the telescope I wanted from their premises rather than my having to wait for a retailer to receive the telescope. Their action saved my telescope for making a further 'round trip' of some 6,000 km. I rate both Kenny and Steven as having given me a five-star service. They always answered me the same day after I had emailed them with queries. Having met both gentlemen, I can only say that their customer service and their treatment of customers is first class and I recommend them highly.

He was endlessly patient and respectful and ensured l will get much use and enjoyment from my Saxon Telescope. Thank you to the Saxon team - you are a credit to your Company.
We bought a Saxon 8: DeepSky Dobsonian Telescope in mid-2017 and we are very happy indeed with it. But better than that, last week (so nearly 4 years after purchase) I brought the focusser (that needed a little grease and oil change) into Saxon's shop in Dynon Road and was greeted by excellent after-sales service! Andrew was able to very quickly and very throughly diagnose the issue and fixed it at no charge. He was also super helpful in facilitating getting the fixed part back to me - another example of brilliant service. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Service was swift & friendly (even though I was grumpy!) Shop front hard to see & massive block difficult to circle..was what made me grumpy! Binoculars look good, will be put to the test once they're opened for Christmas.
Staff were extremely helpful with their service and explaining the operation and use of accessories for the telescope
Kenny is an absolute gem of the guy . He is very helpful with my endless question. He helped me make the right choice for the telescope. Despite the fact my budget was to spend a little more. The final recommendation i got actually saved me money. Thank you very much Kenny !
I would like to commend you on for your excellent after sales support, as a newbie with a research biological microscope you have been able to rapidly and efficiently help me after some silly user errors. The microscope works very well for my purposes (identifying fungi) and I look forward to many years with it and with the knowledge there is very good support to back me up. Best regards Peter
These blokes' customer service is second to none. My binoculars ended up with a small issue, but they were super happy to help me, and the issue was resolved very quickly. These people were the best customer service. They replied within two days every time. Thanks saxon.
