Thanks to Audi Centre Melbourne Matt at the service centre was A answered all questions and friendly service thanks to Oliver who priced matched the quote and to William from the call centre that booked me in top service. Changing the timing belt was recommended to change water pump and not charged for extra labour as it was with the timing belt labour will recommend and will be back again thank you 100% service..
Absolute discussing customer service and frauds. I took my car for servicing and to fix an issue with key, it has been 3 weeks but I am yet to receive my car back. Each time I call to seek an update on my car, they promise a call back but nobody calls me back. I will have to report this company as I lost my patience now. Just a recommendation NEVER GO TO THIS AUDI STORE.
Poor communication, majority of left messages not responded to, delays in car return without a call to let you know. They are like telcos: really polite but not practically helpful. And boy, they won’t do a thing for you if they can get out of it. It’s like dealing with an insurance company. Unexpectedly lowbrow for a high-end car company. Have found somewhere else to go.
