Well, I waited patiently for them to open. Two people inside I thought they both worked there.(22/12/2020) When they opened at eight minutes past nine. I entered the shop. It seems that one of the people inside the shop was a customer not a worker, the person who was actually working then proceeded to be the other persons personal shop assistant. I waited by the counter to be served and was ignored, then the person went around the counter and still ignored me. I Sighed and the person asked if I was waiting to be served.? I then got served proceeded to leave the shop , i glanced back and the person serving was having a laugh at me with the other person. I then left the shop and noticed that I had been given the wrong item and had to return it. You would cringe if you knew how much money my wife spends in that shop. We wont be any more . ...Thankyou for your response Gin it is appreciated. The mix up of the item wasn't he issue. It was the way I was treat up to that point. Yeah everyone has bad days ,I get that but this was exceptionally bad which prompted my review. I have altered my star review on the basis of your response which I appreciate.,

I love this shop! The perfect place to find gifts and treats! I shop online often here as I don't live in Adelaide and have always have very helpful and friendly service if I need more information about products. They have a great range of lovely things. Turnaround for online orders is super quick! Thank you for all the lovely things! I will be back!
