Walked in today with a horrible self bleach job (photo below), i consulted with Mani about what bleaches and toner i should purchase to fix it. She is very very well informed about the products available, she suggested a few toner combinations and methods. She didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything or uncomfortable about not purchasing her suggestions, she was very informative but friendly. I eventually went to hair house warehouse to compare information and went straight back to PriceAttack. I asked for a quote from Mani to get it fixed in salon and was surprised by the affordability. I asked if she had any availability and within about 40 minutes i was in the seat getting a full head of bleach and toner. Madeline spent around an hour and a half fixing my treacherous bleached hair. Im usually very stressed in salon situations, especially with bleach . I find other hairdressers are too rough washing and drying my hair, by the end i usually feel like I've lost half my hair but not this time. Madeline made me feel so relaxed and was really gentle with my hair while also making sure i was comfortable and receiving the results i wanted. By the end i was ecstatic about the health and colour of my hair and most importantly the service. These girls are amazing!! i highly recommend Mani for product and salon advice, and Madeline for colour, especially blondes. - i forgot to take photos in the salon so here's it post salon

Was after a product in store and served this woman with blond long hair in a pony tail. First of all she gave me this nasty look, showed me where the product, I thanked her and she went off to talk about me with her colleague, laughing and looking at me. Was really shocked and discusted. Ended up slaving the product I wanted, so upsetting.
