Had a tour in facility, very clean with friendly staff. Loved the garden and men's shed available. Great views from room to garden, lots of activities happening and very happy clinical knowledge of carers.

This aged care facility is exceptional for the costs. I would like to advise you of our absolute pleasure in recommending this facility to anyone. My sister inlaw loves it here, the staff and management are helpful, friendly and kind and take care of my sister inlaw in a holistic caring way.
Absolutely the worst organized aged cafe facility in NSW!! Only send someone here if you hate this person as the staff are beyond incompetent
I did work experience while sitting for the aged care certificate about 10 years ago at this care home, it was a nightmare l must say. I felt so sorry for the agedcare people. They were not treated with the respect they deserved. The nursing staff were such a cold bunch of hypocrites, and the head boss who ran the place was the most unfriendly woman i have ever met, her name i think was sharon.she cared more about the new renovations being done not caring about how it affected the the people who had to live in this home. They had to all sleep in one large room at night , they lost personal items such as photos and keepsakes, I made up my mind I'd never ever be treated like this , by never ever living in a nursing home.It was the most depressing time over the few weeks l was there in a lifetime. I decided never to work in this industry ever.
