So happy with the service provided. So worth investigating getting your tv fixed as in my case it was a very simple and cost effective solution to get it working again after storm damage. And I really appreciated the additional help with figuring out which cables I needed to connect it and setting up the internet wifi on the tv. Very happy. Thank you!

Arrived in area at the beginning of the lockdown in Feb/March with no TV reception and an unusual configuration or outlets and they efficiently sorted all my issues
I am a new resident to the Central Coast and when I needed to connect all my entertainment equipment and sound systems I enquired from my neighbor who I should see to carry out the job. He recommended Coast Care Video. I obtained a satisfactory quote. When the representative came to our property the work to be carried out was quite involved., as well as some of my video machines , they had to be repaired as they were a "bit Old".and not working properly.However, the job was completed to my full satisfaction and Coast Care did not change the original quote to take in the extra work that was carried out by its representative. I would gladly recommend CCV to anyone who is looking for good quality,service proper workmanship carried out in a professional manner at a reasonable price.., and they cleaned up all the mess.!!
Great service. mark has not only repaired my TV's but also I have bought a couple of large screen TV's from him that he has reconditioned. First point of call with any issues. A genuinely good business (and nice guy)

What a disappointment!! O/seas for 5 weeks, came home to "no signal" message on TV. Rang 'local' business, twice mentioned that I had been away for 5 weeks but was NOT told of digital re-tune taken place around 16/9/14. Instead charged 77 service call for something I could do myself if "re-tune" had been mentioned over the phone. Web spiel suggests "team" of technicians BUT seems more like greedy one man business.
