I went in to Anaconda today to get help with a trek I'm going to be doing in the rain. I was served by Zack who was awesome. He knew his stuff and helped me pick out some really great products that are going to keep me dry! He was really helpful and patient and made the whole experience super easy with a 3 year old in tow!

Didn't have the wide range of things that I was expecting. Plenty of parking available though, which was handy. Staff were nice and helpful.
To say I am sick of dodgy offers, sloppy pricing and bad customer service is an understatement. On the 8/12/20 I drove 25 minutes to Anaconda to use a birthday offer I had received. Upon changing my mind on one item I picked out 6 packets of soft plastics that were advertised as 3 for 25 so I had 50 worth of merchandise in hand or so i thought. The birthday offer was a 10 discount if you spent 50 so to my surprise as I went to pay I was told I had not met the conditions of the offer. I asked why to be told the packets were rung up at 8.33 each so I had only spent 49.98 despite what was advertised in store and online. The two ladies at the check out told me they couldn't raise the price to match the advertised price so I would have to buy something else to use the voucher. Considering I had met the requirements with the advertised prices I left the merchandise on the counter and left the store at about 2:15. I then drove the 25 minutes back to work empty handed. I was so frustrated that night i sent a complaint to anaconda using the "contact us" section on the website, 12 days later no response great customer service guys well done. I have been a Anaconda customer for over 10 years but will think twice before going out of my way to shop there again.

I only had to pick up click & collect items but the staff were polite & efficient.
Needed a new pair of boots for a mult-day hiking trip to Mount Kosciuszko and after a nice surf me and my mate thought we'd drop into Anaconda to grab some gear. As soon as I walked into the shoe section I was greeted by a lovely staff member Sara, who helped kit my out with the best pair of hiking boots I have ever owned! Everyone who's been on a multi day hike knows how important a good pair of shoes make to your hiking experience. I have struggled with blisters on hikes in the past but I had absolutely no trouble with these bad boys thanks to the excellent sizing and advice Sara offered me. We ended up having an excellent trip and I feel so grateful to have been lucky enough to have Sara fit me out that day. Thank you so much Sara and Anaconda! I'll be back everytime I need some quality gear and customer service.
Bought the wrong product in store and used it, (our fault), store refunded and handled it so well. Will definitely use you guys instead of Bcf!
