The team at Adam's are fantastic! Last October I had to have my bonnet and front bumper replaced after an accident (via an insurance claim) and they did a wonderful job. Had my car in and out within the week as promised, offered to get my service sorted out while I was there as it was due shortly after and gave it a good clean as well. As soon as my next service rolled around this year, they were the first I thought of for the job! The girls on the desk got me in at a convenient time and my car was finished within the hour. Thanks team for the top service, see you in 6 months!

I think the photos say enough, the last 3 photos are of before the vehicle went to Adams and all the others are from after. Not all marks on my car are now dirt. What happens when you use a dirty rag to clean a car? really??? I was told by NRMA not to clean the car as it was going to be done for me "complementary" I wish I had cleaned and taken more photos, not just of the damage caused by the other party. As the loud mouth receptionist stated "Show me photos of before then" there you are you can see the before and after, does this make you happy? Any one thinking of using this company please for your own sake, clean your own car before, if you can, and take as many photos as possible from all angles so you can take it further, and hopefully you do not have to put up with hearing loud mouth over opinionated receptionists.

I recently had my car repaired after an accident via an insurance claim. Everyone there made the process so easy and straight forward as well as being friendly and helpful. This was the first accident I had ever been in so the incredible customer service made me feel at ease as well as the timeliness of the repairs. Couldn't recommend them more
