Very poor service. We had been waited in emergency for nearly 2 hours for my daughter she is only 11 months , had high fever . When we said we are leaving no one bothered to check on her. Very very disappointed

Day Surgery - nurse was amazing calmed me and was great i cant think of her name but she was very bubbly and a lovely lady put my mind at ease when my husband was in surgery
I was taken to this hospital as an emergency for a dislocated ankle in March. The nurses and staff that relocated my ankle somehow managed to miss on my Xray the fibular notch on my ankle floating around. I was told a referral would be sent to Logan or Ipswich hospital as I was visiting the area when it happened. THE REFERRAL WAS NEVR SENT!!! I then had to make an appointment with my doctor and had to wait weeks for his referral to go through to Logan who did a CT Scan, which identified the bone displaced resulting in bone graphing and a pin in my ankle. I'm still healing to this day!! I don't understand how this could have been missed.
Worst hospital ever. Truly terrible. Completely mismanaged with no communication channels between departments of other facilities. Patients are left for hours on end without being given any definitive information about their condition at all.
Great nurses and dr's. Looked after my son really well.
I attended emergency at 2am. While there was a bit of a wait, I was very happy with the treatment I received and the medication provided has worked really well.
Staff and doctors are amazing, however the paperwork/management side of things needs significant work. Mismanaged referrals, lack of information about appointments, bad signage etc make for a mildly unpleasant experience.
