We engaged Refresh Hygiene for our sanitation needs during business closure due to COVID-19. Brett and the team have been amazing! Their proactive customer service has been so appreciated. Not only have they been flexible without request from us, their turn around time on any request is super speedy too! Their prices are also possibly the most competitive out there... After suffering through many companies who provided little or very poor service when it came to our washroom needs, we were thrilled to find Refresh hygiene. From the first phone call Brett was amazing at gaining an understanding of our business and coming up with a great service plan for our venue the Woolshed in Docklands. We have had Refresh Hygiene looking after our bathroom services and the facilities are fresher, cleaner and in great standard for our many clients who use our venue daily.
