You learn a lot not only about yourself but also about others which is invaluable in any professional environment. I have been in Sales for over 20 years and have gone through many training seminars/courses and they all start to sound the same.......until this one. Who makes a potential candidate do a survey that takes an hour before even calling them to discuss the role further? I tell you.... A less the decent recruitment company. Only recruitment company I have ever dealt with that makes the candidate do it before the 1st initial phone call to see if their application will even be considered. I'd hate to see the number of great employees that don't have time to complete a survey for a role they may never get a call on.
