Very glad we stopped by to get our hands on some fresh bagels. We got a couple of savoury and a sweet, usually I love my sweets but the savoury were the standouts this time. The Reuben was delish, great combination of flavours but I added extra meat to make sure the ratio was how I like it. Definitely try one of their many options next time you're in the area.

Loved this place until I walked in and could see a member of the kitchen staff handling food and wiping their nose with the same ungloved hands... She wiped her nose with her hand 3 times just while I was waiting in line and continued preparing food without pause. Needless to say we didn’t make it to the cash register.
What can I say, their bagels are amazing and full of flavours. Before writing this review I tried each one on the menu cause as I went through each one I was surprised at how tasty and full of flavour they were. Also their coffee is PRIMO!
Visited on a Saturday morning- in person was delicious, freshly made fluffy bagels, day were quick to come out. Ordered take away on a Sunday morning, which was a completely different experience. It took 20 mins to make, then we get back home to find out avocado was substituted for freaking sliced cheese and the bagels are old. Avoid takeaway - go in person.
Best bagels in Brisbane! I've been multiple times with multiple people/friend groups and we've never come away disappointed. The bagels are fragrant, chewy and taste fantastic even just on their own. They also do a variety of spreads and fillings--both savoury and sweet--and have special limited time menus. The garlic, onion, and blueberry bagels are a must try. Takeaway options are available for the menu but also plain bagels without filling. Buying as a stack of 6 or 13 is cheaper and you can choose what flavours you want. The café does good coffee and the industrial chic decor makes it very feel easygoing and comfortable to spend a morning or an afternoon here just hanging out. Service has also always been great.
Ordered through Uber eats. Watermelon juice, good to have this option on the menu, was good. Avo feta bagel was good, was glad to see the lime but it was old and not worth using.
I would say I have been here at least forty times and every visit is as good as you hope for. Simple, tasty, friendly bliss. NYC Bagel has a good thing going and I dig it big time.
The best place for breakfast in West End. A huge variety to choose from and so tasty. Customer service from staff is a little average but everything else is awesome.
