A fabulous event of the highest standard. Everything is genuinely French and only the best food, wine, entertainment and market stalls are invited to participate. You will love this event if you want a genuine French experience in Brisbane. The biggest and best French festival in Australia! A must see!

Such a fantastic event! After having volunteered for a couple of years, I loved it so much, I decided I want to become more involved, and hence joined the committee in 2019. It has been one of the best things I’ve done! Amazing atmosphere, great ambience, delicious food and wine to sample, and so much more of French culture to experience! I can definitely see why it is the biggest French Festival in Australia, which makes me all the more proud and honoured to be a part of it.

Our annual dose of French culture, drinks and food (read wine and cheese for me) in Brisbane! There is a wine pavilion (wine tasting), all sorts of French food stalls (crepes, cheese, cremes brulees, beef burgundy, escargots, etc.), a typical French bistro/bar (French champagne, wines, Pastis, etc.), a massive stage with music/shows all day long in a covered area, a kids corner with fun activities and masterclasses with a mix of topics (cheese, beer & wine tastings, sip & paint class, fashion class, etc.).

The best festival in Brisbane. My daughter begs me to take her each year. The food is amazing, the entertainment is abundant, and the kids corner has lots of activities and shows for kids that would keep them busy for hours on end. Definitely recommend it to everyone !!!

I have been involved in the organisation of this wonderful event since 2010 and it is the biggest "good vibes" project I ever worked on. Merci to all the committees members and volunteers who make this event such a big celebration. Merci to all exhibitors, partners and entertainers who make it bigger and better every year. This is the place to be in July!

Le Festival is an amazing association that works to facilitate exchange between the Australian and French cultures. Their annual festival, Le Festival, and it's cultural extension, La French Week, are wonderful events for the community and local businesses.

Paid 10 dollars for the opportunity to shop for overpriced food, drink and (French?) goods as a squeezed my way through the crowd. Would not recommend.
