Not a very professional clinic. They never emailed me details of the preparation. Had to follow it up, then they accidentally sent me 2 emails for other patients. On the day of the procedure, no-one was at reception. I waited 10 minutes while they made their coffee. I never got an apology when the receptionist approached the desk.Then I entered the consult room and the nurse excused herself to make a coffee for the doctor while I sat in the room alone and feeling anxious. They never checked my height and weight which was requirement on the form. And when I entered the procedure room, two doctors and the nurse were on their mobile phone. Please go elsewhere..This is not an isolated thing. I've heard from others to experience similar issues .

I am required to have endoscopy appointments yearly and this centre has to be the worse one yet. Most centres require you arrive 15 minute prior to your appointment. This centre also asked for that but failed to mention on the day their over booking and minimum 2hr wait. It takes over 48 hours of preparation for endoscopy procedures but they'll fail to notify you of a 2 hr wait on the day of your appointment. Waiting room was small, stuffy and filled with already waiting patients, clear indication to call future patients to tell them there is a wait as the waiting room was far from comfortable. Clear lack in reception training was present and the surgeon seemed rushed and annoyed. Over all Poor service. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else for a much better experience. Clinics like this with little to no reviews should ring alarm bells for future patients. I highly recommend you book somewhere else. For example st Albans endoscopy centre if you're looking for a good alternative.

Got there for my appointment 10 mins early and everythong was locked, tried knocking and calling but no luck. Was also not sent booking details through email which they said they would send through. Very poor service.
