On my second visit I waited over an hour and still wasn't seen. When I questioned staff how much longer they shrugged and said he's just sitting in the kitchen. The first time I came here I had to wait 45 minutes, just for the illustrious Dr Jack Green to see me for 5 minutes, barely pay attention, give me a prescription, then palm me off to a nurse. This place is a joke. Majority of the 5 stars are fake accounts. Don't wait 3 months of waiting, book anywhere else.

Do not waste your time here, research somewhere else! Waited for an hour, half of that hour in the room waiting for the dr. When i went to ask how long they would be as my baby was starting to get very unsettled the dr jumped up out of the lunch room. A nurse then saw me for my skin check and he popped in for about 30 seconds. In all it took about 5 mins to do and was super rushed. Not thorough at all. As such I don't even feel confident with results. Feels like a real waste of 240. From all the other reviews it seems time management needs to be reviewed in this practice along with communication. Not a friendly or warm environment. Staff need to be more friendly and communicate wait times with patients because nothing worse then sitting waiting wondering if you will ever be seen. Customer service is a 0. Wont ever return to this clinic, HUGE waste of my time and MONEY.

I have been to this clinic twice and always on time, I still watsed more than 3 hours in total to just sit there and wait because of their poor time management skills . (Friendly and helpful staffs, Good doctor as well)

I visited Dr Jack Green, and was not impressed with my experience. I arrived at my appointment time, but then had to wait 2-3 hours until the doctor saw me. This is unacceptable. When I was seen, I felt the consultation was rushed, and for the huge amount of money I paid, it felt like poor value for money. A month later, I rang reception to get a prescription changed. I was promised on two separate occasions that someone would call me back. This never happened. 0/5 for customer service. Would not recommend.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. AVOID! Dr Green has no regard for people's time, first appointment I waited 1.5hrs in the waiting area and 25 mins in a room only to be attended by another doctor and then see Dr Green for less than 5 minutes - the other doctor did all the work. Second appointment I wasted 1hr and 40 minutes before walking away - no one told me anytime or apologised but I heard the receptionists say to multiple people Dr Green wasn't around. So unprofessional.

Treated by Dr Green for multiple cyst removals on the same day. I likely wouldn't have gotten through it with any other doctor. He kept me distracted despite my panic, added more anesthetic when he felt it was needed, and was very kind and supportive during my absolute whinge fest the entire time. I felt incredibly well cared for and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I booked in to see Dr Green for the first time to get my regular yearly mole check as I have moved from the east of melbourne, to the west, and didn't want to travel so far to my old dermatologist. In the clinic at Western Dermatology, the reception staff were nice but did not advise me that Dr Green was running 1.5 hours late so I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins, then sat in a consult room on my own for another 45 mins. When he finally arrived in the consult room, the entire experience was extremely rushed and he seemed slightly erratic. Although I was there for a mole check, he took a lot of interest in the pigmentation on my face and, although I told him several times I wasn't concerned by it, he still provided me with a prescription for a heavy duty skin whitening cream, handed me 6 sample bottles of skin lightening cream and told me if those don't work he can do laser. Way to make a gal feel like her skin ins't good enough. When we finally got to the mole check, it was fast and not very thorough. He said he would burn off some moles but forgot about that by the end of the consult and I had to remind him as he was about to head out the door. At one point some random person came into the room while I was half naked - not sure what was going on there as there was no intro or explanation. Overall it was a pretty poor experience and I will be heading back to my dermatologist in the eastern suburbs who was far more thorough, on time and personable.

Two appointments with Dr Green; both in excess of an hour late of the appointment time. In my first consultation The doctor seemed less interested in what I was presenting to the office for and more interested in mole checking on my torso? In my second consult months later I returned with the same problem having not been resolved after the recommended solutions from the first consult. The doctor looks at me... abruptly leaves the office without an explanation... brings in a colleague and then it was just alot of 'maybe this, maybe that' and 'you could try this' and 'plenty of options to go'. None of this is either comfortable nor instills any confidence in the process undertaken by this doctor. He seems in my mind to be in a rush... So for this reason I cannot personally recommend this practitioner for those seeking medical remedies. Several hundred dollars out of pocket and I will now, for my own peace of mind; still have to seek medical treatment elsewhere. Very disappointing.
