Shonky, when questioned about inferior work and a terrible finish I was ignored and after a few weeks the spouting fell off.One of the workers was constantly hungover,late or a no show. When job was complete I asked for my house plans back at first he told me they were lost in a flood but refused to replace them with his insurance. Then he tells me he gave the plans to his surveyor and I have to get them back!! When I asked him to get them for me because he is the builder he dismissed me and said can't help you and hung up on me.The company is a shonk and Ian has no customer service skills at all and it's a wonder the company is still going.DO NOT DO BUSINESS W ITH THIS MAN
