The lady was more interested in where we were from rather than what we wanted to see and do. Once she had that she left and went over to a different counter. There are heaps of brochures there though which is helpful. Also annoying that you have to drive all the way to the zoo to the visitor information centre. It should be in the centre of Werribee.
