I had tried many different mental health facilities over the years, but I actually finally found someone, here, who I trust to tell some of my darkest secrets and thoughts without judgement, with the added explanation of why and how to overcome those feelings. 100% recommend this place. Obviously you get good and bad eggs wherever you go, but so far, I have not had an issue here.

Terrible. My old psychologist told my mother i was just being a teenager despite the fact the feelings i felt were much worse than that. It seems she just didn't want to listen to what I had to say and would dismiss everything as normal. She made me feel worse, i wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The man I saw was ok. He was cordial. But he quickly turned my my issue of general life anxiety into a weight loss program - focusing more on my physical disadvantage, over my mental disadvantage. After 6 sessions (due to me being on goverment support) I barely came away with much self improvement. It felt like he was burning our sessions towards the end to let me go. He did give SOME good advice, but I did feel a little dismissed by its conclusion. If you can go elsewhere, I would recomend it. Otherwise its adequate.
