Cheap Chinese rubbish. Beard trimmer rusted in a few weeks and wouldn’t charge. Pushy girl in shop said BAD LUCK...shouldn’t use it in the bathroom Sales staff are aggressive and not nice Got a good Beard trimmer at Harvey Norman ...better and cheaper Don’t shop at the SHAVER SHOP

Out of stock of the item I wanted and couldn't be bothered ordering it in The whole point of a shop is to sell items Not just once but to order in more stock when you sell out It's not that hard Is it? Or is it? Surely It isn't that hard to understand the concept of a retail store

Stopped into the Wendouree Shaver Shop this morning, to ask directions to another store. The lady, who was happy to help me, was friendly, polite and very well presented.Her name may have been Sarah. On my way out of the centre, I decided to see if the shop had the razors I use. Yes, they did, and cheaper than Woolies. A very pleasant experience of excellent customer service and they've won a new customer.
