A delivery driver named FIONA just went way beyond what is expected to deliver a package to a house in Kingsley, WA. There was a mix up with the street number and FIONA knocked on several doors (on a 36 degree day) and then phoned me and waited while I looked up google maps to direct her to the correct house. FIONA even had a sense of humour and was actually pleasant instead of annoyed. Now that's outstanding service! If I owned a business I would head-hunt FIONA and pay her more money to get her to work for me. TNT - FedEx please give this employee the recognition she deserves!

They tried to deliver my parcels on a Monday when delivery instructions were deliver Friday only! Shipment arrived quickly from Sydney though. It was clearly on every label. I had to drive 40 mins to the depot to collect my own boxes.

Loss items worths over 1820 because of TNT person delivery mistakes ! It was a nightmare. They sent two parcels to the wrong business address! Totally different company and receiver name. When I got them back, half of the items were missing. At first, the team head - David and TNT department staff were saying that they will compensate the money I loss, which is 1800. After two months, they said there is nothing they can do and they won't take any responsible on it. Customer services were really ridiculous! This company is really hopeless. I will take it further to ACCC and Court.

I get no updates for where the parcel is during the delivery. No notification and wasnt even able to check the tracking for the expected delivery date. Then when they deliver it, leave a note saying to visit the website to organise re-delivery. Website crashes 3 times and when I finally get into it, nothing happens when I click submit. After trying this over 20 times, I try to call them and they say I can only collect from the depot which is a 45 minutes drive and an hour and 15 minutes drive during peak hour traffic. And I can only collect the next day. When asked if it can be collected from the post shop like how every other delivery service does it, I just get a "cause that's our depot and there is only 1". And the person I spoke to had a lot of attitude. Whats the point in a delivery service if you have to drive ages to get your delivery? This is the second time they've messed around with one of my deliveries. Not happy TNT. Worst postal customer service I've ever experienced. The only plus was that the driver took a detour out of his route to see if anyone was home and stopped to redeliver. Very big thanks to him.

Called customer service, picked up quicker than any other customer service which was great. But once spoken with staff members, I was continuously interrupted by noises made by what I can hear as scratches on the mic, which then proceeds to having the phone getting moved around to 2 other different staff members asking me the same question, or at least they all 3 sounded different to me. Couldn't even hear what they were trying to say as it sounded like they were mumbling, and the last lady ended up saying thank you for the call, then kept saying hello asking if I was still on the phone. Felt really weird. Am I getting pranked? I think I dailed the right number, right?..

USELESS COMPANY WITH USELESS DRIVERS! I was at home and the driver not even ring the bell or even try to knock! I wish the merchant that I bought the items from not using your service! Better not open your business if you cannot deliver a good service! CONGRATULATIONS FOR ZERO STAR !

Had send to my first package with FedEx and absolutely was great. The delivery was fast and through the door services.
