I cannot speak highly enough of Matt and the team. I am in a very specific vulnerable situation at the moment. Matt took the time and patience to listen to my situation and to talk through my ideas and potential solutions. He had many opportunities to oversell and he never once took advantage of that. He was honest, knowledgeable, and patient. I'm not an expert and I become easily distracted and confused when dealing with this one specific situation. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to support me in my purchasing decisions. Monica also was quick to respond in the online chat function too. Fantastic follow up and after sales service. It turned out (Telstra network changes) that I couldn't use the two security cameras I had purchased so the Spy Store replaced them free of charge with equivalent cameras that I could use effectively. Through all this they kept in touch with regular updates. In my view that's well above and beyond normal service. Very impressed with these guys.

I bought the kid's smart watch that The Spy Store have in stock. The seller helped me online to set the watch up. If you are interested in buying a kid's smart watch (which you can only buy online) don't buy one on eBay. Buy one through The Spy Store website and you will get help on how to set it up. It's the same with any other electronic item that The Spy Store sell.
Customer service was top notch and all tech advice was simple and easy to follow.
I ordered a spy cam that through no fault of the store didn't work properly (the UID# didn't match the camera and could not be connected via wifi) The customer service I received was above and beyond. They kept in constant contact with me through emails and by phone until the fault was rectified to my satisfaction. I highly recommend The Spy Store for your cam needs.
