I had the on-site service where their mechanics comes to you, and it was great. They were running late but I told them it was an emergency (which it was) and they organised someone asap. The guy who came out was transparent straight away with how much before doing it, he gave me a great price, was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be booking him again for my yearly service. Thanks guys!

Had an excellent customer service experience with Bryan today. Very professional, meticulously took me through what he was going to do on the car, the estimated costs involved and the amount of time it would take him to complete the job. I was a bit dubious about the quality of car service I would recieve in my driveway, but was pleasantly surprised by the experience! Will book again!
I couldn’t rate these guys high enough, Ron the state manager went completely out of his way to make sure my cars transmission issue was resolved, while looking after me cost wise. I’ve used a few different companies over the years for the two cars we have, I’m going to stick with these guys!!
Bought a battery for my car 14 months ago which went dead. Invoice clearly states we have 30 months warranty, so we tried to contact Lube mobile directly. It was a Friday evening and they were closed therefore got no answer, so we had to call someone else to replace the battery. When I contacted Lube mobile after the incident they said we "should have given them first refusal" which I explained was impossible as they were closed even after several call attempts. They claimed they are "24 hours". Again I explained they aren't especially if your voicemail says leave a message with no emergency contact number. Now they are saying they will test the battery and maybe replace it, which is unacceptable. They should refund the amount especially for the inconvenience caused by explaining this basic incident to them multiple times. Careful when buying a car battery from them.
Extremely satisfied. The mechanic (Chris - servicing Kalamunda area?) was awesome. Friendly and polite service, with clear explanations of all work and all costs. Literally half the price of using Audi but still with genuine parts. 10/10 would recommend.
Lube Mobile have always been my go-to for getting mechanical work done in an emergency. I've always gotten same day or next day service and have fixed a number of issues such as burst radiator hoses, starter motors failing, new discs and as well as logbook servicing. Van 32 (Johnny) has always been excellent, knowledgable and is always well-prepared.
Can't fault them and will definitely book again. We had Lynden and assistant service our car. He picked up on things that another mechanic (not Lube) had said they had fixed but didn't. Clear and honest communication. Fast work, and convenient. This is the 2nd time using Lube Mobile and both times recieved great service. Have recommended to everyone.
