It has been really nice experience with this guys. I bought 10kVa Honda generator EM10000 and my electrician said the size is small for my work needs, I needed 15kVa generator. Spoke to this guys and they took my generator back and ordered 15kVA for me which will be in their shop ready for pick-up in around 2 weeks. Highly recommended!

these guys are fantastic! called 12 other mower shops on Tues, every single one had a 3-4 week waiting list, these guys told me 3-4 days but had my Honda serviced in 24 hours, running like a dream and they even knocked 30 off the bill when I came to pick it up 10/10 will be back again, thanks guys!

Arrived at 4.30pm to collect generator, was asked to come back another day because it was in the rear shed, as a customer i'm so sorry to be such an inconvenience. Brand new generator requiring warranty work, went into shop completely unmarked and is returned scratched all over. Very disappointed, can't recommend them at all.
