I came with my partner to use the infrared sauna. We both found the sauna great- spacious, private, and everything was very new and upscale. The only downside was lack of showers available. I'm not sure I would go back again. Definitely needed a shower after a 45 minute session, and was told they are reserved for clients using the float room. Disappointing, as everything else was top notch!

Amazing place for relaxation particularly for those who are extremely active. Staff is really helpful and nice too. Float tank is definitely worth trying once :)

I tried out the infared sauna recently and felt incredible. The place had such great vibes and is super quiet. It was a perfect treat away from everything. The staff are so responsive, kind and friendly. The place is super clean. I also feel this is the best prices. I'm so happy I'll be back, safe to say I'm addicted now. :) Thank you to the Koa team.

Awesome new facility in the heart of the city. So easy to get to and excellent service. I have been using Cryotherapy to help with my arthritis and feel amazing after every session! Can't wait to come back!

Front desk service was first class. The blast chiller was good. No showers post Sauna which is a bit yuck.

I would definitely recommend KR, I went really just for some R&R and it totally delivered. I was really well looked after and it was a fun, relaxing experience. Give it a go for sure!

My hubby and I had our first floatation yesterday and it was great! The staff is very friendly and the equipment/room is clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary leg massage (don’t remember the name of the equipment). Nice experience in all!
