Great local business, has fixed a few printers over the years and always deliver on time and on budget.
I've been using Aztec Office National for my stationery needs for over 15 years. I have purchased various machines for my business (multi-function printers, desktop and laptop computers). In additional to their sales department, their service has also been very good. Further to their sales and service, they always have what I need for the office, they're happy to order in any items that might be a little hard to find. Delivery is always within 24 hours, sometimes even on the same day!
These guys are hopeless and rude. Don't waste your time going there. Their technicians might be qualified in mechanical repairs but they don't know much about driver settings. I brought my Epson printer in three times in a row and they still couldn't figure out the problem. They only said it must be the driver but didn't bother doing anything to find out what exactly is wrong. Over the phone they said not to bring the printer again as they are only paid by Epson for the first repair attempt. Wasted so much time! Went to a different place (Artamon), the guy there helped me and I finally have a working printer under Windows 10. P.S. Eventually the problem was not the incompatibility of the printer with Windows 10 software.
Great and professional service. I dropped a faulty Epson projector for warranty repair, and it was repaired within 3 days.
Bought a printer and it didn’t connect to wifi. Phillip hardwired it to the internet and it works again
Very Helpful service, I had my machine repaired the very next day and the staff are highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my printer, repaired the part which was a quarter of the cost of the new machine, I have used Aztec Office National for all my printer repairs and also their prices on toners are competitive. Great Work Aztec :)
