A great experience. Sales staff were helpful during the delivery waiting period. Keeping us informed. The delivery was a week later than promised, but in the period we are, in this is acceptable. Pick up was easy, Marcel from the delivery team was highly knowledgeable and helpful during the pick up process. Thanks Black Series. We are due to have our first outing at Easter 2021. We can't wait

The trailer is exactly as per expectations and the team in Sydney went the extra miles to make the buying experience seamless and easy. We have already taken it a few time on the road and enjoy the level of comfort and the extensive range of additional accessories. It is easy to open-up and fold down and can be managed without the assisting winches (need to be two for this)
Mary and the team made the whole process a breeze, our Patron is very easy to tow and to set up.
The team at Black Series Sydney have been amazing to deal with from the moment we walked through the door. The fantastic customer service didn’t end when we picked up our camper either. Only recently we had our car stolen whilst 5 hrs from home and without hesitation when we contacted them the team were so quick to provide us with everything we needed in order to get our camper towed home on another vehicle and at no charge. Best service I have ever experienced especially when dealing with so much else. Thank you.
Great experience with Black Series Sydney staff. Very happy with our Patron. Just wish they came with matresses that weren't as hard as concrete. Needed to replace these to make it comfortable.
I would recommend Black Series Camper Trailers for being very professional and helpful during the process purchasing my Dominator Camper. Phil was my sales consultant and was more the happy to answer any questions and I upgraded halfway through and it wasn't a problem. Now I'm just waiting for the rain to stop to set it up.
The team were incredibly helpful and patient with us! They answered all of our questions, organised to have our trailer to us much earlier than originally expected and the handover was very easy! Super grateful!
Love the camper very happy so far with it, only have 1 small issue with an accessory and not the camper, but sales has a complete lack of communication with you once you have signed to purchase, finance did all the communication with us or we rang sales, sales did not ring us once except to call back after we left messages, there are no instructions for the electrical devices on board which leaves a bit of research for me and Marcel doing the delivery on his day off was great
