Rude and did not deliver a package to the person it was sent too. Driver don't know the road rules or think they are above them.

Was expecting a 2500 computer between the 25th and 27th last month. Launched an inquiry on the 31st. Finally get a call on the 4th saying that it has literally been in their warehouse (like a 2 minute drive from my house) since the 24th. Mailbox wasnt carded and we didn't know that the delivery was subcontracted to this incompetent company. When picking it up from the warehouse the guy there wasn't very delicate with my FRAGILE GLASS PC, when we informed him that we definitely didn't get anything in our mail (home all day cause of all this covid biz) he reacted excessively hostile and practically yelled at us saying that his driver wouldnt have written that it was carded if he didnt card it. 0/10 would not recommend, I'd literally pay an extra 100 if i could to entirely avoid this company in the future
I don't like to give bad reviews but this is an exception. Worst customer service i have every experienced. They treat you as though they are the customer not you! On numerous occasions I have booked a collection and they never collect it that day, they expect it to be taken to them! The only good service i have received has been from Mal. if you are a business they deliver your freight in the afternoon, totally backwards and frustrating when you have paid for an overnight service. Best to use another provider at all Costs.
Had no problems. Very good on pricing, do not overcharge.
