Great Friendly Service! Always greeted with a smile...Staff knowledgeable and always keen to assist. when the product I was looking for was unavailable within their store the staff went out of their way to suggest other stores that may stock the product I needed at the time. This store is always my first point of reference every time I need any cooking utensils/cookware. Keep Up the great work!

If it was possible to give negative stars in would be minus 50. Worst customer service ever. These people have obviously never heard of the concept of return business. They'll never get another penny of my hard earned, they don't deserve it. Fortunately there are lots of other kitchenware shops in Mona Vale that actually provide great service and know how to treat their customers. My advice would be forget this messy rabbit warren of a shop if you want o keep your sanity.

The customer service here is terrible. You can wander around this store for hours without being approached by the staff. Then when I made it to the counter I waited for minutes before someone came to take my money. I went up the road to the kitchen shop in Mona vale and they had a better range and cheaper for the same item. They don’t accept refunds either. It’s not that hard to find employees that smile and are happy to help, especially in the current economic climate.

Bought a toaster and was very impressed with the product knowledge of the lady shop assistant. I can’t remember her name but she had short, dark hair. She helped me get exactly what I was after. Very happy with the experience.

I paid for a pot of artificial flowers marke down from 499 to 199 after mother's day. However it doesn't match our house deco and I return it the next day for refund only to find out that the shop had a fine print saying that no refund accepted for sale items. Looking around the shop, 80% of what they sell has a price tag indicating marked down price. I spoke to the owner George. I realised that the store uses deceiving marketing ploy, pricing majority of their store items on sale so that customers will not get a full refund. Shoppers beware. Some stores owners are get desperate during CoVid19.
