After first design consult I already have a good feeling about Peter. He is polite, well spoken, listened to all our concerns, and gave us some absolutely brilliant tips. I am looking forward to a continued positive relationship with Peter as the designer of my new home.

Nothing problems, took well over 12mths to get him to complete the job for a renovation plan,and that was only after contacting Fair trading department, Best be avoided, other people I have spoken to about him have suffered similar experiences in trying to get him to produce work, reputation is well know among the approval process people for being slow. Closed office at Warrawong, now working from home. If you elect to use his service, be prepared for a hellish long wait, phones call and emails and lots of pain.
Poor poor service. Never use PECORD DESIGN EVER. How did you resolve using fair trading? Same issues, the guy doesn't respond to emails, text or calls.
Absolutely pathetic service with Peter. Never answers the phone or replies to Emails. No wonder you had to close the shop in warrawong !!!! never again
