Had a disastrous massage here yesterday with the male masseuse who clearly has no idea what he's doing. Repeatedly told him pressure was too hard and my shoulder was sore and he kept twisting my arm. He has caused me injury my shoulders and back are swollen and bruised with lumps, giving off lots of heat and painful to move because he repeatedly dug into the bones. He was rough and fast never in my life had a massage like that and I've had tons of massages. Going to make a complaint today, want a refund at minimum and heading to doctor first thing. Want to see his credentials too.
