Absolutely pathetic at the moment, 6 days between Newcastle and Sydney, then Newcastle sorting centre likes to hold your package hostage for a few days.

Located in Warrabrook here is the main post distribution depot for local deliveries. Large trucking hub with Startrack distribution also carried out here. Letters can also be posted here in mailboxes located on the footpath
Australia Post needs to review the speed of the service provided for standard letters.I posted a letter from Kahibah to Port Macquarie,it took 10 business days to arrive in June. From the same post box in July outside the post office I posted a standard letter to Tingira Hts,a couple of suburbs away,it took 7 business days. Today I was assured by the mail pickup driver that the mail is collected each business day. What happened to this service,the local letters would be delivered the next day for so many years,now this service has failed the Australian public. There needs to be an investigation as to why this has happened & really,go back to the previous more effective system.
This is the best post office .Staff are lovely helpfull . Plenty of parking and I have never been longer than 10 min posting parcils .
The staff here are rude and poorly trained. Unable to assist with any request without the assistance of their manager who is on holidays?? Very disappointed.
Following yet another failure of Australia Posts Express service, I have once again been left waiting for a next day delivery that did not arrive. The consistency in which Express post does not achieve a next day delivery is utterly disgraceful, I could get more reliability out of a windows 95 PC. If this service is so incapable of providing the advertised timeframes, perhaps they should consider calling express postage service “Next day delivery... or whenever the hell we feel like it” as the courier staff regularly seem to forget packages and their ability to perform the job, or not scan them into the system correctly. Furthermore, regarding when packages actually arrive, the unprofessional behaviour and lack of care that the staff have whilst handling packages which I have observed in person and on CCTV is nothing short of pathetic. Even when a package requires a signature, delivery staff often leave packages at the premesis unattended and without signature. The state of service from Australia Post is appalling and I would quite literally reccomend ANY other courier service besides them.
Worst customer service, never going here again.
Not good, unhappy, very SLOW , It must be a 10 day or more process before your parcel gets fully processed through warabrook post office
