Andrew could not have been more helpful. On my first visit I was deciding between three different cameras, with quite different capabilities, one of which was not in stock. Andrew was really knowledgeable about all of them and very clear and patient in his explanations. He also referred me to a website so I could further understand the differences. I did not feel at all pressured to make a decision. Andrew then organised to get the particular model they didn’t have in stock, to the store. When I went in to see and hold that camera, we had some further discussion. I still did not feel pressured to make a decision which I really appreciated. I purchased my new camera today. Thanks Andrew!

I've always had a great experience with Teds, but I wish to highlight the one I had at their Knox outlet recently. I had called up to enquire about a canon 100-400 lens which is out of stock all across Australia at the moment. I was assisted by Tania who was extremely warm and prompt right from the very first call I made. She returned my call as promised and also did some great follow ups. She informed me as soon as the stock came in. She comes across as a very customer centric person who is passionate about what she does. She had the same professionalism and warmth when I walked into the store to pick up the lens. If it wasn't for Tania, I am sure I would've missed out on the limited stock. Thank you Tania for being a rockstar and yet so humble. and thank you Teds for having such amazing humans at work :)

I don't recommend going here to get film developed. They have forgotten to email me my photos on multiple occasions, have forgotten to return/lost my film negatives on rolls where I paid full price for the roll and only received 4 photos back etc. I ordered a film camera in 2020 and waited 8 months to receive it and heard nothing from the store about it, I had to continuously chase it up otherwise I wouldn't have received it. The staff are always very lovely, so it is a shame that their developing service is so sub par.

Attended the store for an online pickup, however there was a mix-up with the order. Even though the store was busy (but within their covid customer quota) the staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating , finding me an alternative solution which I was very pleased about. A great team effort, Thanks!

Rude staff. Racist I strongly recommend not to go to this store, especially Muslim community as they are disrespectful and against my religion ans beliefs. Personally I felt very violated against my religion. All I asked to take a passport photo not her opinion or discriminate my religion.

I have made many purchases from Ted's Knox and the service is always exemplary. Mikayla, Tim and Tammy in the photo lab were especially helpful with some large last minute Christmas prints, taking the time to make the perfect print despite the store being inundated prior to Christmas.
